人流隨著疫苗覆蓋率增加會削弱大規模COVID-19疫苗接種的保護力:107 個國家的長期追蹤研究
We collected data from 107 countries spanning the years 2020 to 2022 for cross-national analysis and found a positive correlation between human mobility and COVID-19 vaccine coverage. Particularly during the early stages of vaccine administration, there was a significant increase in human mobility. The increased human mobility due to vaccination weakened the effectiveness of controlling case growth through vaccination. Leisure and entertainment venues experienced a reduction of about 30% in vaccine protection due to increased human flow, followed by public transportation. These research findings can serve as a reference for governments in future considerations of easing movement restrictions during pandemic situations.
